Some guidelines to filling out the form:

E Number: You must enter your E# with the E + eight numbers. (e.g. "E00123456")

First/Last Name: You must enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your ETSU student account.

Email: You MUST use your university email address when registering your account. DO NOT enter the domain as "@mail.etsu.edu". Only use "@etsu.edu".

IF YOU GET AN ERROR: Please make sure of the following:

  • There are NO spaces at the end of the any of the fields. Especially the E#, First/Last name and Birthday fields. 
  • Your information is entered exactly as it appears on your student record. You cannot enter preferred names. 
  • You entered your birthday in the MM/DD/YYYY format. You must use forward slash (/), not hyphens (-), commas(,), or back slashes (\).

Please note: If you are a new incoming student and your information is not found after filling the below form out. Please wait 48 - 72 hours and try again. If you still are unable to register, email IDBUCS@etsu.edu.
