If you know that your UCard is active and your UCard debit account is open, please enter the UCard debit account number. Student debit account numbers are 10-digit numbers: "08" followed by the 8-digit UMass campus id (SPIRE) number. Employee debit account numbers are also 10-digits:  "18" followed by the 8-digit UMass campus id number.

If your first deposit attempt fails and you are unsure as to why, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE FURTHER DEPOSIT ATTEMPTS. Although the failed attempts do not go through, they can temporarily make those funds unavailable with your bank, and may result in fees or other banking issues.
