ABOUT THE GET APP

GET is JWU Charlottes' Mobile Ordering platform where students can conveniently order late night meals.

The app also makes it convenient to review meal swipe or Flex $ balances, spending history, and enables you to report a lost or stolen card at any time of day or night.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The GET app accepts meal swipes, flex $, debit or credit purchases.

ORDERING LIMITS

Due to output capabilities, students are limited to ordering 1 meal or $20 Flex $ per night, so please keep in mind that although the system may accept a multiple item order, it will later cancel the entire order.

FOR PARENTS

GET allows you to deposit FLEX $ funds into your JWU student's GET app account with either a debit or credit card.
